We use All natural, Organic, and Locally Grown ingredients, to create a fine array of Natural Whole Wheat Breads to suit anyone’s tastes.
Q: Why Natural Whole Wheat breads? A: Natural Whole wheat breads are higher in fiber and are generally much healthier than most "commercial" breads, made with chemically grown flours, and added preservatives.

Fantasy bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Dried apples, Sunflower seed, Sesame seed, Flax seed, and other ingredients.
9 Grain bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Flax seed, Rye flour, Cornmeal, Spelt flour, Molasses, and other ingredients.
100% Whole Wheat bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Barley malt syrup, and other ingredients.
Raisin walnut bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Raisins, Walnuts, Locally farmed honey, and other ingredients.
Flax seed bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Whole flax seed Ground flax seed, and other ingredients.
Whole wheat French bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Olive oil, Sea salt, and other ingredients.
Crunchy oatmeal bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Rolled oats, Steele cut Oats, and other ingredients.
Honey wheat bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Locally farmed honey, and other ingredients.
Sunflower millet bread - Made with *whole grain wheat flour, whole wheat stone ground flour, Sunflower seed, Millet, and other ingredients.
Sour dough French - Made with organic unbleached flour, Olive oil, Sea salt, and other ingredients.

* Whole grain wheat flour - Is made in store by grinding Whole Winter Wheat Berries, thus no part of the wheat is removed or add. This ensures that you receive all beneficial fibers and nutrients available in the wheat berry itself.

VEGAN WHITE PESTO PIZZA By Teresa Sisco
Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese Meditalia Basil Pesto sauce Vegan parmesean grated topping Follow your Heart vegan gourmet mozzarella-grated
Gimme Lean sausage style (browned in a little canola oil) Fresh or TOL frozen spinach (thawed under running water and squeezed dry) sliced red onion
MiX pesto sauce and cream cheese until creamy spread on pizza crust. Top with parmesan cheese and add the rest of your toppings. Bake as directed on pizza dough package until cheese is melted and golden brown.
This pizza can also be topped with: Nate‘s chicken style nuggets (cooked according to package and diced) for crispier chicken deep fry for a couple of minutes fresh broccoli (steamed) red onion
BRUCE‘S KILLER VEGAN PIZZA By Bruce Williams
Top pizza crust with 2 cups of Newman‘s Own Fra Diavolo Hot & Spicy Sauce, sliced red onion and Soya Kaas Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
RED & WHITE VEGAN PIZZA by Michelle Hayes
Roll dough in a small ammo of flour mixed with oregano and crushed red pepper. Brush on fresh garlic butter. Use 1/2 white sauce (fresh or pre-made) Alfredo sauce. Michelle adds a little bit more garlic to hers. and 1/2 red sauce 1 small diced red onion and sweet yellow onion 2 whole fresh diced tomatoes Lots of your choice of soy mozzarella cheese mixed with diced green onion, fresh garlic, oregano and crushed red pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
MARY‘S VEGAN PIZZA By Mary VanMetre
Roll out dough using seasame seeds instead of flour. Spread dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, dried oregano, powdered rosemary and fresh juliened basil (may use dried). Top with diced sweet onion, tomatos and diced kalamata olives. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crust in golden brown.
VARIOUS PIZZA TOPPINGS By Leslie Frank
VEGAN red/orange pepper mushrooms (your choice) artichoke hearts red or yellow onion fresh garlic your favorite sauce fresh basil
VEGETARIAN mushrooms (your choice) black or green olives chard tomato red or yellow onion fresh garlic mozzarella cheese your favorite sauce fresh basil
MEAT grilled or fried chicken red or yellow onion zuchini mushrooms (your choice) garlic cream sauce* fresh basil mozzarella cheese
*Garlic cream sauce - farmers cheese mixed with fresh herbs (chopped parsley, basil, oregano and fresh crushed garlic) and salt and pepper to taste.
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY PIZZA By Jo VanMetre
preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out your dough very thin. Roll in the edges to form a small jelly levee. (the jelly will run and create a mess otherwise). Heat peanut butter in the microwave, so that it spreads easily. Cover the entire surface that is inside the levee with a thin layer of peanut butter. Cover the peanut butter completely with a thin layer of your favorite Food Fantasies jelly. Bake for 12-18 minutes. Remove from oven when the levee is dark brown. Note: the levee will cook much quicker than the rest of the pizza crust. Cutting the pizza is a bit of a challenge. My recommendation is to just do it quickly. This pizza is great as a family dessert or a special treat at parties. Loved by children of all ages.
HUMUS PIZZA By Bruce VanMetre
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Flatten you FF pizza dough slightly. It should be thick and slightly concave. Brush with olive oil. Top with parsley and garlic. Top lightly with cheese of your choice. (mozzarella or cheddar. This can be dairy cheese or soy cheese.) Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cut thin as you are serving it up, not all at once. Eat warm , covered with your favorite flavored Humus.
FRUIT PIZZA
This can be made regular or vegan. Roll out your pizza dough according to package. Bake until golden brown, remember to poke holes, using a fork, in the dough before placing in oven. Let cool completely before topping. Using either Tofutti cream cheese or regular organic cream cheese, mix with your favorite flavored yogurt (you can use soy yogurt for vegan). Spread this on your cooled crust and top with your favorite fruit. Serve chilled. This can also be done with veggies. Instead of yogurt, use a package of our Soup & Dip mixes. We have vegetable, garlic herb & onion. Mix the cream cheese and soup mix together and spread on cooled pizza dough. Top with your favorite veggies and serve chilled. These are easy party appetizers.
VEGAN STIR FRY PIZZA
1 Roll Your Own Vegan Pizza Crust 1/2 Organic red bell pepper 1/2 bunch organic leaks 3 cloves organic garlic 1 pkg. organic mushrooms organic cabbage 1/2 pkg. organic sugar peas 1 cup organic white sesame seeds (Thai Kitchen) peanut satay sauce (Eden Organic) toasted sesame oil Chop veggies to desired size, stir fry them in small amount of sesame oil in hot wok or skillet. Roll out pizza crust w/ sesame seeds. Place crust on pan, spread small amount of satay sauce on crust, cover with veggies & bake until crust is golden brown. Will take about 15-17 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil, slice, serve and ENJOY!
